The Zombie Killing Spree Medal is awarded for killing 5 zombies in a row without dying. It is available in all Multiplayer Infection gametypes. It is represented by a silver medal with a zombie head. When someone gets this medal the announcer will shout "muzzys a boner!" to the player that received this medal. This medal will show up in an infection game instead of a Killing Spree Medal, rather than appearing with it like the Splatter Spree Medal.
