Victoria

Victoria was a UNSC colony world in the 111 Tauri System. It was the location of Camp New Hope, a camp controlled by the United Rebel Front. The world is densely forested.[1]
In 2531, five SPARTAN-IIs infiltrated Camp New Hope, stealing rebel nuclear weapons and killing a prominent rebel leader, General Howard Graves.
It is unknown what has become of the world since then; it may have been glassed by the Covenant. The losses were smaller than previously thought, although it was virtually glassed, the reconstruction of Victoria was fast.
