The UNSC Minotaur was a UNSC destroyer. The Minotaur saw action at the Battle of Reach were it was destroyed by the Covenant Flagship. The Covenant ship fired a needle-thin lance of energy which struck the Minotaur aft on A deck, burned a ten-meter wide hole through the ship, destroyed the ship's reactor, and finally exiting on H deck near the engines. It was one of the first few ship to be destroyed in the battle.[1].
