Strident is the thirty-second track (Disc 2 Track 15) in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary: Original Soundtrack.

Overview[edit]

The track is an arrangement of Drumrun from Halo: Original Soundtrack.

Appearances[edit]

The track plays in place of Drumrun during the campaign level The Maw in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary:

  • When John-117 comes across a locked door being forcibly opened by the Flood before entering the corridor leading to the cafeteria of UNSC Pillar of Autumn.
  • After John-117 exits the bridge and encounters a group of Flood forms exiting at the door to the armory.
  • At the start of the Warthog run at the end of the level.
