The Naphtali Contractor Corporation is a human corporation that has developed MJOLNIR variants for use by SPARTAN-IVs. It is based in Abilene, Texas, URNA and had an office in Casbah, Tribute that was most likely destroyed during the Battle of Tribute.[1]
