During the War of Beginnings, the San'Shyuum Minister of Kindly Subjection's purpose was largely theoretical with little work ever needing to be done. When the war was over, the Ministry's importance increased significantly. In 851 BCE, the Ministry was called upon to help deal with the insurrection led by Sangheili Ussa 'Xellus and its Minister was a member of the Sangheili treaty commission. During and after the San'Shyuum-Sangheili War, the Minister of Kindly Subjection was GuJo'n.[1]
