Be My Wingman, Anytime
Be My Wingman, Anytime is a multiplayer achievement in Halo: Reach. It was unlocked when the player let a teammate spawn on them five times in an Invasion matchmaking game.
Following the shutdown of Xbox 360 Halo online services on January 13, 2022, this achievement is no longer attainable.[1][2]
Tips and Strategies[edit]
A list of ways players could earn the achievement:
- Entering the Invasion playlist with a buddy and work spawn on each other as their party would most likely be partnered together unless they had an odd number of players.
- Being as close to the objective as they could without being near an enemy and a teammate would most likely spawn on them.
Trivia[edit]
- The achievement's name is a reference to the line, "You can be my wingman, anytime," from the movie Top Gun.
- Some Marines can be heard saying this in the game's campaign. The most common level to hear it in is Long Night of Solace, when you are flying the Sabre.
