Gamma 54 was a D77-TC Pelican dropship assigned to the Destroyer; UNSC Armageddon's Edge.[1]The pilot's name was Jeffries. After Jacob Keyes requested that Jeffries and his Pelican be transferred to the Light Frigate UNSC Midsummer Night, Jeffries transported Keyes, ODST platoon commander First Lieutenant Canfield, and a platoon of ODSTs to the civilian freighter Finnegan's Wake. Finnegan's Wake turned out to be an Insurrectionist ship that was rigged with bombs. Gamma 54 was destroyed, but Jeffries survived.
