Project: Rebirth (The Rebuilding and Revitalization of New Mombasa in the Post War World) was a document that outlined outlined the planned reconstruction of New Mombasa after the Human-Covenant War in relation to Project Rebirth..[1]
Contents
There were at least seven sections to this document:
- Section 7: This section suggested the construction of a United Nations Space Command Memorial Park on the site of New Mombasa's old city hall thoroughfare. It had sub-sections from A.1 to G.2.4.[1]
Amendments
7-G.2.5
This section was an amendment to Section 7-G.2 where it added a life-sized (2.13m/7ft) statue of Master Chief Petty Officer John-117, erected at the center of the Memorial garden to be made from recycled and sterilized metals from two downed D77-TC Pelican dropships recovered from wreckage from the conflict at Voi. Gold ore for the statue was to be donated by members of the East African Protectorate (EAP).[1]
