The High Prophet of Expediency, born Giehel Vange, was a San'Shyuum Hierarch during the Third Age of Discovery. With assistance from the Vice Minister of Sacral Assembly, he designed and oversaw the construction of the CAS-class assault carrier Shadow of Intent.[1]
