Halo 5: Guardians reality television series

In November of 2016 a reality television series centered on esports within Halo 5: Guardians was announced. The project was set to be part of a joint initiative between Pilgrim Media Group, Lionsgate, and the Electronic Sports League also known as the ESL. Upon announcement, 343 Industries had yet to secure a distribution deal, and ultimately wouldn't be able to, with the project quietly being cancelled as the 2017 and 2018 seasons came and went.[1][2]
