The Rocket Launcher is a weapon featured in Halo 3.

The Rocket Launcher featured in Halo 3 is the M41B SPNKr. It is a 2 round, shoulder-fired rocket launcher, with a magnified optic, used by the United Nations Space Command.^[1]
