Doctor Greenberg was a human scientist who lived in the early-mid 24th century. They worked for the Colonial Administration Authority as the Program Supervisor for Project KYKLOS; the augmentation program for the first phase of the ORION Project. On June 21, 2320, Greenberg filed a report to the CAA and KYKLOS Working Group outlining the successful completion of the program's Sequence Zero deliberables.[1]
