The M41 "SPNKr" Surface-to-Surface Rocket launcher, also informally known as the M19 Surface-to-Surface Missile launcher, is the model of rocket launcher featured in the original Halo: Combat Evolved. It is a 2 round, shoulder-fired rocket launcher, with a magnified optic, used by the United Nations Space Command.
