Project JAVELIN

Template:Ratings Project JAVELIN was a UNSC project, most likely managed by the Office of Naval Intelligence. Noted by Halsey as a parallel program to the SPARTAN-II's, JAVELIN can be assumed to involve augmented soldiers. Nothing is known about the project as of July 26th, 2552.[1]
