Governor Nils Thune was a central command figure of Harvest [1]. He was nearly killed by Maccabeus, but Captain Ponder took the blow from the Fist of Rukt for him. He was removed from his position by Lieutenant Commander Jilan al-Cygni. Al-Cygni also shot him with a pistol that fired Tactical Training Rounds to peacefully remove him from office
