New Caracas is a human colony world. It is named after the capital city of Venezuela on Earth. Sometime in late 2554 or early 2555, Alpha-Nine was deployed to the planet to fight fractured Covenant forces. During their operation, Spartans Edward Buck, Kojo Agu, and Michael Crespo arduously sledded across New Caracas' burning sands.[1]
