The Joyride Halo 2 Series 4 are action figures which were manufactured by Joyride Studios. They were released in August 2005. All the figures are based off the characters from Halo 2.

Campaign[edit]

ODST[edit]

The ODST action figure was the first action figure featuring the Orbital Drop Shock Troopers. It is armed with a Magnum, Battle Rifle, and a Shotgun. It also features a removable Combat knife located on the back of the figure, although it is not mentioned on the packaging.

Ranger Elite[edit]

The Ranger Elite action figure was the first Elite figure made with a different armor permutation. It featured 17 points of articulation and was armed with a jetpack and two Okarda'phaa-pattern plasma rifles.

Banshee[edit]

The Banshee figure features more updated details then the previous model. It includes a mini three inch Elite figure, with 10 points of articulation. The Elite can be placed in the Banshee's cockpit.

Multiplayer[edit]

Red Spartan[edit]

The Red Spartan action figure was released in three different variants, each with different detail coloring and insignias. This figure has 23 points of articulation and is armed with a Sniper Rifle, Needler, and Bomb. The Sniper Rifle features a removable magazine.

Labeling[edit]

On each action figure unit, Joyride has included a serial number, which allows you to find out when the action figure was created. The date code has four numbers followed by 'SS' actually stamped or embossed in the cardboard. The first three digits are the date the product was made, and the fourth digit is the year. For example: 2653SS means the product was manufactured on the 265th day of 2003 (9/23/2003).[1]
