Governor is a political position held by a human in a human government. A Governor is an appointed or elected official who holds executive jurisdiction over a planet, one or more of its states, territories, or districts.[1]

The only known human governors are Nils Thune of the planet Harvest, [1], Jacob Jiles the leader of the rebel base at Eridanus Secundus, and an unnamed governor of the region of Castra in Madrigal.

Presumably, the leader of a group such as the Governors of Contrition would also be known as "governor".

Kojo "Romeo" Agu is known to have an affair with one of the governer's wives.
