Lieutenant Frye was a UNSC Pelican co-pilot. In 2552, he was assigned to the UNSC Pillar of Autumn and the 23rd Naval Air Squadron as co-pilot to Dropship Echo 419, under Captain Carol "Foehammer" Rawley.[1]
He was somewhat sarcastic and cynical, though a compotent co-pilot.
