Fascism was a nationalistic, corporatist and authoritarian governing system on Earth founded during the 20th century. It considers individual and social interests subordinate to the interests of the state or party.[1] Fascism was initally born in Italy in the early 20th century, with Germany going down that route in the late 1930s. It was ultimately dissolved with the fall of the Axis Powers after World War II.

The Frieden secessionist movement in the Jovian Moons based itself on the fascist belief system and fought against the United Nations during the Interplanetary War of 2160 - 2164.

In the 26th century, the UN and its military arm faced accusations of fascism and totalitarianism from rebel groups and civilians dissatisfied with its authoritarian policy-making.[2][3]
