Circumstance was a UNSC colony world in the Epsilon Eridani System, along with Tribute, Beta Gabriel and Reach. Circumstance was apparently famous for its universities and courts of justice[1]. After Reach was glassed in 2552, it is unknown whether the Covenant glassed Circumstance, but it is likely considering the fact that Terrence Hood says Earth is all that Humans have left.
