Christian Ramsey

Christian Ramsay was a human smuggler and contraband specialist.[1] In early 2556, he was contracted by an unknown entity to acquire a null stasis container, which would later be used to carry out the terrorist attack on Sedra City. He provided a hard copy map of Sedra City's sewer system, in order for the bioweapon to be smuggled into the city undetected. Unbeknownst to Ramsay, his communications were being tracked by Codename: FIXER.[2]
