Alas, Poor Andrew Thomas is an achievement in Halo Wars that is unlocked when you receive your first skull [1]. Its name is a reference to the Halo 3 multiplayer achievement Alas, Poor Yorick.
Trivia
The easiest skull to obtain is the Grunt Birthday party skull. This is available on the second level, Relic Approach (Level) for killing 20 jackals. The skull then appears beside your first base.
