Academy at Mare Nubium

Academy at Mare Nubium (more commonly known as Luna OCS Academy) is a United Nations Space Command Officer Candidate School training institution situated on Luna (Earth's natural satellite). Jacob Keyes taught at the OCS academy as a navigation teacher, until his moving to command of a UNSC frigate.[1]
It was located in the County of Newton in the State of Mare Nubium. The Academy itself was connected to a civilian settlement known as Asimov Center via a series of tunnels and surface tubes. These tubes would often need to be guarded against civilian incursions onto academy grounds, and vice versa.[2]
