Circumstance

Circumstance was a UNSC colony world in the Epsilon Eridani System, along with Tribute, Beta Gabriel and Reach. Circumstance was apparently famous for its universities and courts of justice[1]. After Reach was glassed in 2552, it is unknown whether the Covenant glassed Circumstance.
