I'm afraid not. Supreme Commander is a Zealot rank (think of it like how any Platoon Sergeant could just be a Staff Sergeant with a specific duty). It has also already been stated that they receive a purple cloak, probably for ceremonial purposes- Marine dress uniform, for instance.-- Forerunner 17:45, 4 July 2009 (UTC)
