Talk:UNSC Prophecy

From Halopedia, the Halo wiki

At the beginning of the first mission of Halo Wars, there appears to be a crashed UNSC ship, that seems to be of the frigate/destroyer design. I'm thinking this could be the remnants of the Prophecy. Could I get a second opinion of this? Could we maybe use this to get a picture of the ship?

Cruiser or Marathon[edit]

"on numerous pages the UNSC prophecy is referred to as a marathon-class cruiser. this article claims to have taken Halo Wars instruction manual as a reference, yet on page 2 of that document, it says "he refused command of the Destroyer UNSC Prophecy in favour of Spirit of Fire" - this page is linked from the Marathon cruiser article as a 'known ship of the line', yet the article on 3rd battle of harvest also refers to Prophecy as a destroyer. I am underqualified to amend multiple articles and links."

As of now, I too am underqualified to fix this. Could someone please explain?- 5əb'7aŋk(7alk) 16:36, January 10, 2010 (UTC)
It's either an error and we'll have to put it as the model it is referred to most (cruiser or destroyer)... or say that there were two UNSC Prophecys. Heck, it could be that Cutter was offerered to captain a destroyer of the same name.-- Forerunner 16:53, January 10, 2010 (UTC)

construction date?[edit]

If you look closely on the page after it describes the Spirit of Fire while it was in Slipspace en route to Harvest in Genesis, with the orange screen with the Prophecy on it, it says 8/8/72 on the bottom right corner. Could this be the date it was constructed? FAIL Image:LTBar.svg|10px|link=Lieutenant TALK contrib. | EC UNSCPT "Motivation alone is not enough.
