Source for Stephen Okasaki being the designer is from this post by prominent modder and community member "Insidi0us" who has also worked with 343 dev Kornman. This post was made in the halo 1 hub discord: https://discord.com/channels/120706901548859395/120706901548859395/243537726010425345 and here is a screenshot. The source is claimed to be Hardy Lebel, shared through Facebook messenger. Hi, thanks for the edits. Unfortunately, as per our citations policy, we can not cite posts in Discord channels as a valid source on the site due to the private/closed nature of the platform.
