Project BRAVADO

Project BRAVADO was a project managed by Section III of the Office of Naval Intelligence. On May 20, 2544, Dr. Catherine Halsey mentioned in her journal that BRAVADO was one of the few projects that had proven useful in fighting back the Covenant threat, alongside SPARTAN-II, MJOLNIR, CONSEQUENCE and GUNGNIR.[1]
