Killtacular
From Halopedia, the Halo wiki
Killtacular (Kill Frenzy in Halo 2) is a medal in Halo 2, Halo 2: Anniversary, Halo 3, Halo 3: ODST, Halo: Reach, Halo 4, Halo: Spartan Assault, Halo: Spartan Strike, Halo 5: Guardians, and Halo Infinite Campaign, Firefight, Multiplayer, and Spartan Ops.
It is earned for killing five enemies quickly. When the player achieves this medal, the announcer will say "Killtacular". In the original version of Halo 2, the announcer will say Kill Frenzy instead.
Halo: The Master Chief Collection adds the "Killtacular" medal icon into Halo: Combat Evolved 's multiplayer. It does not add a new voice line for it though.
Trivia[edit]
- Prior to the shutdown of Xbox 360 Halo online services on January 13, 2022, earning this medal in Halo: Reach matchmaking unlocked the Jorge-052 helmet avatar award.
- In Halo 4, Halo 5: Guardians, and Halo Infinite, the kills only need to be within 4.5 seconds of each other, while in all previous Halo games it only needs to be 4 seconds.
