The Covenant Carbine is a weapon featured in Halo 2 and its remaster, Halo 2: Anniversary. It is one of the standard weapons used by the Elites throughout the game.[1]

Universe and lore[edit]
- Main article: Vostu-pattern carbine
The Vostu-pattern carbine is the primary service arm of the Covenant, in particular used by the Elites. In the UNSC it is known by the designation Type-51 Carbine.
In Anniversary, the weapon's model was replaced with that of the Mosa-pattern carbine from Halo 4.[2]
