Dreka 'Xulsam is a Sangheili Kaidon that leads the Nwari Wastewalkers under the Banished alliance, and serves as part of The Eight. During the Blooding Years, 'Xulsam and his clan would abandon their nomadic ways in the deserts of Nwari and shortly after, join the Banished. [1]
