UNSC Glasgow was a colony freighter in service with the UNSC Navy.[1] On August 8, 2519, Commander James Cutter served as her commanding officer,[2] after serving as a pilot for colony ships.[1] While the command was not prestigious, Cutter pulled his runs. After an incident with insurrectionists in the Epsilon Eridani system aboard Glasgow, Cutter gained the attention of UNSC High Command and received a Bronze Star for his efforts on May 22, 2524.[1][2] On August 8, 2525, Cutter was promoted to captain and given command of the UNSC Spirit of Fire.[2]

Trivia[edit]

The vessel's name is an homage to the city of Glasgow, Scotland's largest city.
