The UNSC Dawn Under Heaven was a UNSC Halcyon-class light cruiser. It was a sister ship of the UNSC Pillar of Autumn.[4] Like most ships of its class, the Dawn Under Heaven was likely decommissioned some time before 2552.[1]

Production notes[edit]

"...there is a story behind [the name of the Pillar of Autumn], though not half as interesting as that of her twice-renamed sister ship, "Dawn Under Heaven"."
— Jason Jones[4]

The Dawn Under Heaven has only been mentioned by Jason Jones in a 2001 interview, in which he alluded to the ship's name having an extremely interesting backstory.[4] To date, this reasoning has yet to be revealed.
