Skulltaker Halo: CE: Malfunction
Skulltaker Halo: CE: Malfunction is an achievement in Halo: The Master Chief Collection. It is awarded for finding and walking over the Malfunction skull in Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary remastered mode on Assault on the Control Room. The achievement is worth 5 Gamerscore and can be unlocked on any difficulty.
Location
When the player enters the tunnel and they will come to the large room with a gorge, and will notice pipes that stick out of the gorge in the middle on both sides. The skull is on one of the pipes sticking out of the gorge's walls.
