The Secessionist Union was a rebel alliance formed on the planet Harvest. Its leader was Jerald Mulkey Ander who was assassinated in 2502 by a UNSC Spartan-I strike force during Operation: KALEIDOSCOPE. Not much is known about the Secessionist Union, however it was most likely dissolved after the assassination of its leader. The Secessionist Union can also be referred to as the People's Occupation Government.
