The Naphtali Contractor Corporation is a human corporation that has developed MJOLNIR armor variants for use by SPARTAN-IVs. It is based in Abilene, Texas, URNA and had an office in Casbah, Tribute that was most likely destroyed when the Covenant attacked the colony in mid-2552.[1]
