Acting as the personal enforcer of the High Prophet of Solemnity, Haka 'Suukaree was ordered to kill Arbiter Fal 'Chavamee after he blasphemed their religion and challenged his people's place within the Covenant. Through the murder of his wife, Haka challenged Fal to a duel, planning to rule over the Arbiter's clan once he lay dead. However, the brief duel would end in the deaths of both Sangheili, and the role of Arbiter would become a badge of shame.
