First Platoon "helljumping" to the surface of Delta Halo.

First Platoon was an Orbital Drop Shock Trooper platoon stationed on the Stalwart-class light frigate In Amber Clad, and part of the 7th Orbital Drop Shock Trooper Battalion.

They were aboard In Amber Clad as it followed the Prophet of Regret's assault carrier Solemn Penance through slipspace to Installation 05. A number of ODSTs were launched via HEV pods, along with Spartan-117, to secure a landing zone for a flight of Pelican dropships.[1] Most of the troopers perished upon or shortly after making Landfall, however GySgt Stacker, SSGT Banks and PFC Dubbo were able to assist John-117 as the Spartan moved toward the Prophet's location. The ODSTs were evacuated by Sergeant Major Johnson via Pelican and diverted to Delta Halo's Library for another mission.
