Colonial Military Authority

The Colonial Military Administration (the Central Command) is abbreviated as CENTCOM and is the organization that commands military forces of the UNSC. CENTCOM is above HIGHCOM and is the organization who ordered Project: ORION, as well as the related Spartan-II Program.
NOTE: The Colonial Military Administration has only been mentioned once and its functions are unclear. It is possibly the UNSC's Department of Defense. Most likely it's under the auspices of the Colonial Administration Authority.
