Codename: FIXER (also referred to as Fixer) was an Office of Naval Intelligence Section Three operative.

Biography[edit]

In 2556, FIXER intercepted a transmission from smuggler Christian Ramsay confirming that a null-state stasis container had been procured.[1] At some point of 2558, FIXER came into contact with a Comms Officer under Director Schaefer's direction, wanting to know how he managed to acquired some unspecified information.[2]

On October 2559, almost a year after the rise of Cortana and the Created, FIXER attempted to confirm data from Operations BREAKER TRIP, WOLFE, and KICKSTAND.[3]
