Circumstance

Template:Ratings Circumstance was formerly a UNSC colony world in the Epsilon Eridani System, along with Tribute, Beta Gabriel and Reach. Circumstance was apparently famous for its universities and courts of justice [1]. It is unknown if it was razed by the Covenant or still held by the UNSC. The losses were smaller than previously thought, although it was virtually razed, the reconstruction of that world was fast.
