Circumstance

Circumstance is a human colony world in the Epsilon Eridani system, along with Reach, Tribute, Beta Gabriel, Tantalus, and Epsilon Eridani IV. Circumstance is famous for its universities and courts of justice.[1] Koletre-Browning University was a university on the planet.[2] It is unknown if it was glassed by the Covenant or if it is still held by the UNSC. Kurt-051 was born in the city of Mira on Circumstance in 2511, eventually growing up in Kuiper, before being abducted to the SPARTAN-II Program.[3]

In the Halo: Reach live-action short Spaceport, Circumstance is a destination listed at the Manassas Spaceport.
