Cascade is a Unified Earth Government colony world. After the Human-Covenant War, conflict arose on Cascade, likely stirred by Insurrectionists. The SPARTAN-IVs deployed in these engagements tested the MJOLNIR GEN2's outer-plate greave system.[1]
