Arney Antics is a human civilian gun store in New Mombasa, on Earth. During the Battle of Mombasa, several civilians took weapons from the store with which they intended to fight the invading Covenant.
They apparently sold a gun that looks like an MP40, a weapon dating back from World War II.[1]
