Howard Graves

General Howard Graves was a Human rebel, one of three leaders of the United Rebel Front. He was a very wanted man by the UNSC, he held numerous sectrets the UNSC would have liked to know very much. Graves and his program were frusterated after 2525 when the Spartan-IIs appeared. The Spartans dealt a severe blow to his operations, forcing him to engineer an ambush for them at Camp New Hope in 2531. Unfortunately, he underestimated the Spartans, and was killed while trying to capture them.
