Tovarus is a Jiralhanae serving the Banished, and a brother to fellow warrior Hyperius.[1]
Biography
In 2560, Tovarus was present at the Installation 07 conflict, during which the Jiralhanae encountered the Spartan-II John-117, he and Hyperius engaged the spartan after he had destroyed 3 banished anti-air towers, but was unsuccessful, and died at his hands. [1]
