Ruwan (full name unknown) is a hotel concierge in Cleveland in 2552. He used to live in Mombasa, where he had a home and friends. Ruwan was not present when that city was destroyed, but he found himself caught in the midst of the Battle of Cleveland with Myras Tyla.
Along with Tyla, he was captured by the Covenant.
Ruwan knows what the Key of Osanalan is.
