Joe Staten, aka deckard, is the writer and Director of Cinematics for both Halo: Combat Evolved and Halo 2. He also does voices for many of the Grunts[1] and also voices the Superintendent in Halo 3: ODST, and is keenly involved with the mission design/story team of Bungie.
Having been involved in the writing of the Halo 3 script, he is also working on the Halo Movie(speculation), working closely with Peter Jackson to ensure that all of the planned Halo productions go well.
